Follow the A59 from Preston towards Liverpool / Southport.
At the end of the Longton Bypass (Dual Carriageway) do not follow sign for Much Hoole, but continue on A59 (3rd exit from roundabout)
After a little over 1 mile turn right into Liverpool Old Road immediately after the Bangla Fusion Restaurant.
The church is on the left after 300 yards.
