 Flow Solder Pallet Materials.
For over a decade, Attwater Group has been closely working along side some of the worlds largest PCB manufacturers, developing solutions within this specialist market.
Attwater Group product range includes two materials which are widely used for flow and reflow solder applications.
Technolaque® T2070 is a chopped strand epoxy glass mat product suitable for manufacturing reflow and wave soldering pallets and fixtures for use in areas where static dissipation is required. The product displays good resistance to thermal cycling and good dimensional stability. Grey in colour, the Technolaque® T2070 is electro static dissipative (ESD) and can be used with optical sensors.
Technolaque® T2060 is a general purpose chopped strand epoxy glass mat product suitable for manufacturing reflow and wave soldering pallets and fixtures. The product is blue in colour and suited to infra red/convection re-flow, and wave solder applications where static sensitivity is not an issue.
