Flexible Electrical Insulation

In addition to the rigid laminates, The Attwater Group supply a range of flexible electrical insulation products. (Also known as combined flexibles).

These products can be supplied in sheet or roll form. Alternatively the Attwater Group have on-site punching, forming, and guillotining facilities. Recent investment in state of the art, custom built plant, make production runs of any size possible.

Typical Uses

Due to the versatile nature of these materials, (electrical resistance, thermal rating, easily folded / formed, and the ability to guillitine / punch), there is a wide range of uses for these materials. Typical uses include, but are not limited to the following:

Circuit Board Insulation Barriers, Oil & Dry Transformer Insulation, Slots for Electric Motor Repair, Coil Insulation (Microwaves / Rotating Machines / Transformers), High Frequency Plastic Welding, Terminal Insulation & Semiconductor Insulation Pads.
