Armordon is a lightweight, cost effective family of armour panels designed and manufactured by the Attwater Group to meet the ever increasing threat of armed attack.

Armordon armour panels are designed to provide protection of military, industrial and commercial premises against shotgun and handgun threats. Manufactured from a high-strength laminate, Armordon gives protection against bullets and other projectiles whilst providing a lightweight, easy-to-handle material which can be easily worked on site.

Armordon is also an excellent material for protecting from physical attack, from both blunt and edged weapons. Armordon armour panels will withstand an enormous amount of abuse without allowing penetration.

Armordon is available as standard 8' x 4' armour panels, in a range of thicknesses to protect against different levels of attack. Alternatively, Armordon can be supplied pre-cut to requirements and may also be supplied with a wide range of decorative finishes.

Armordon Tubes

Armordon is also available in tube form, for the construction of explosion containment vessels. When an explosive device is detonated within the vessel, the armordon contains the blast.

The explosion will take the line of least resistance, and as it is prevented from exploding 'outwards', the blast is therefore forced 'upwards', hence reducing the risk to those stood in close proximity to the explosion.
